When Will My Item Ship?

At JM Auto Racing, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about the shipping timelines for your items.

In-Stock Items

Same Day or Next Day Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: In-stock items usually ship the same business day or the following day, depending on the time the order is placed.
• Expedited Shipping: For Overnight, 2nd Day, and Three Day shipments, orders placed before 3 PM ET will ship the same day.

Items Shipped from Manufacturer or Off-Site Inventory

• Standard Shipping: Items that ship directly from the manufacturer or through our off-site inventory typically ship within 24-48 hours.

LTL Freight Shipments

• Oversized Items: Products that require LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight due to their size generally ship 3-5 business days after the order is placed.

International Shipments

• Standard Shipping: International orders will ship the same business day or the following business day, depending on the time they are placed.

Weekends and Holidays

• Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

Out-of-Stock and Special Order Items

• Status Updates: For out-of-stock and special order items, a status update notifying you of the backorder or delay is typically emailed within 48 hours of the order being placed. This update will provide the most accurate information we have at that time.

Tracking Information

• Email Notifications: All shipments will receive tracking information via email. Please ensure you check your spam folder and make sure the jmautoracing.com domain is not filtered into spam.
