At JM Auto Racing, we aim to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. However, we understand that sometimes shipments can go astray. Here's what to do if your package shows as delivered but is not there, or if it is genuinely lost in transit.

If Your Package Shows as Delivered but Is Not There

Double Check:

  • Hidden Locations: Couriers sometimes leave packages in secure or hidden spots to prevent theft or damage. Check around your property, including porches, side doors, and garages.
  • Ask Around: Ask neighbors, roommates, or family members if they might have received the package on your behalf.
  • Check Cameras: Review any security camera footage to see if the package was delivered or if there was any suspicious activity.

Suspected Theft:

  • Police Report: If you believe you were a victim of a porch thief, filing a police report may be necessary to process a claim.
  • Insurance Claim: If the carrier delivered the package elsewhere, we will file an insurance claim. Claims typically take about 7-10 days to settle.
  • Resolution Options: If the insurance claim is accepted, we can either provide you with a replacement package or issue a full refund. If the claim is denied, we will do our best to accommodate you and work with you on a resolution.

If Your Package Is Lost in Transit

Contact Us:

  • If your tracking number indicates that your package is lost in transit, email us at support@jmautoracing.com to file a claim.
  • Provide your order number and any relevant details to expedite the process.

Receive Your Replacement:

  • Once we receive your claim, we will process a replacement for your lost item within 72 hours.
  • There will be no additional cost to you for the replacement, and we will handle the claim with the shipping carrier separately.

We understand how frustrating it can be to not receive your expected shipment, and we are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
